Three new members were elected to the board of the listed company TTS Marine: Anne Breive, Hilde Aarseth Krøgenes and John M. Lunde. TTS has thus fulfilled the authorities' gender distribution requirement for the boards of public limited companies.

Three new members were elected to the board of the listed company TTS Marine: Anne Breive, Hilde Aarseth Krøgenes and John M. Lunde. TTS has thus fulfilled the authorities' gender distribution requirement for the boards of public limited companies.
In addition to the election of three new board members, Einar Pedersen and Nils O. Aardal were reelected at the general meeting of TTS. The company's employees are represented by Mona L. Tellnes Halvorsen and Oddmund Hatletun.
Einar Pedersen was reelected as the board chairman of TTS Marine by the board of directors. He is the founder of TTS and indirectly owns 3.38% of the company's shares. Pedersen is also the board chairman of FastShip Inc., a company that TTS has a cooperation agreement with. Nils O. Aardal is a director of Jo Tankers AS.
Anne Breive is a director of Norske Skog and responsible for the group's corporate controller function. She has a master's degree in economics from the University of Glasgow and has worked in the finance and economics area at Norske Skog since 1994. Breive has also experience from Kreditkassen.
Hilde Aarseth Krøgenes has been employed since 2002 by Norcontrol IT in Horten, a company that delivers marine surveillance systems for ports, coastal areas and offshore installations. She has an advanced business administration degree and is responsible for marketing at Norcontrol IT. Aarseth Krøgenes has also substantial international experience from the Norwegian Trade Council in the US.
John M. Lunde is a chemical engineer and has over 20 years of experience from various positions at Scana Industrier in Stavanger. He is now vice president, responsible for the group's marine companies.
