TTS Marine ASA (TTS) refers to statement to Oslo Stock Exchange 16.08.06 regarding ”Heads of Agreement” between TTS and Umoe Industri as to acquisition of Umoe Schat-Harding.
As a consequence of the consecutive development in the TTS’ share holder structure, TTS has been informed by Umoe Industri that it is considered uncertain to what extent Umoe Industri will be able to contribute to the development of the TTS Group as an active and long-term shareholder. As a consequence of this there is uncertainty if or when the acquisition of Umoe Schat-Harding will be executed.
